WESTERN MAC PASTA

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb elbow pasta noodles
  • 1 can sweet corn
  • 1 jar pasta sauce

SEASONINGS

  • Garlic
  • Onion Powder
  • Parsley
  • Italian blend
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

BROWN THE BEEF

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease if needed.

COOK THE PASTA

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow noodles and cook until tender.

During the last few minutes of cooking, add the sweet corn to the same pot to heat through.

PREPARE THE SAUCE

While the pasta is cooking, add the pasta sauce to the cooked ground beef. Season generously with garlic, onion powder, parsley, italian blend, salt, and pepper.

Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes so the flavors can come together.

COMBINE

Drain the pasta and corn, then add them to the skillet with the meat sauce.

Stir until everything is evenly coated and heated through.

SERVE

Serve warm with:

  • Garlic bread
  • A fresh side salad
